These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between BEZ SPIRACHKI EOOD, operating under the trading name SurRon Expeditions, and all individuals using the website and services.
The company is registered and operates under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

1. General Information
SurRon Expeditions provides electric off-road motorcycle rental services accompanied by a ride leader for route orientation and basic safety.
The services represent recreational and sporting off-road riding experiences and do not constitute package travel or tour operator activities within the meaning of Bulgarian tourism legislation.
By making a booking or participating in a riding session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Participant Requirements
● Participants must be at least 18 years old (or have written parental/guardian consent).
● Participants confirm they are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions preventing participation.
● A driving license is not required unless explicitly stated for a specific riding session.

3. Risk and Liability
Participation in electric off-road riding involves inherent risks.
Each participant:
● participates at their own risk;
● assumes full personal responsibility for their actions;
● acknowledges potential risks including falls, injuries, or property damage.

SurRon Expeditions is not liable for incidents resulting from:
● failure to follow safety instructions;
● ignoring ride leader guidance;
● reckless or unreasonable behavior.

4. Safety Briefing and Equipment
A mandatory safety briefing is conducted before each riding session.
Protective equipment (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and a back protector) is provided and must be worn at all times.

5. Equipment Damage
Participants assume full financial responsibility for any damage to motorcycles or equipment resulting from:
● negligence;
● failure to follow instructions;
● intentional actions;
● misuse of the equipment.
The cost of damages is determined based on actual repair or replacement expenses.

6. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment or deposit of 30–50% of the service price.
Payments are made via bank transfer or secure online payment link (including credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Revolut).
Cash payments are not accepted.

7. Cancellations and Changes
SurRon Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or modify a riding session due to:
● adverse weather conditions;
● technical issues;
● force majeure circumstances.
In such cases, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.

8. Photos and Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during riding sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
By making a booking, participants consent to the use of such materials unless they provide written notice in advance.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
